Our minimum project value starts from just £200 so we are very are very happy to carry out a small repair to a bathroom or kitchen, fix a door or roof, etc. If the job is more challenging you can be confident that we can deliver, be it a large extension, a new build, installing a new performance render or roof, creating a basement, or room in the roof, a great new kitchen or ensuite we always deliver. Croft has all the necessary skills to undertake small scale ground remediation projects. Having carried out remediation projects were ground and surface contaminants are a problematic liability to a land owner, Croft have liaised with statutory bodies to seek a speedy resolution and sign-off.
When the Green deal was first announced Croft Building Solutions attended many seminars, however it became apparent to us that there were many problems with its scope and delivery model. Whist we fully agree with the GD principals, we have found that at this moment a better outcome is more likely to be achieved via more traditional routes.
