I really like using Croft the only surprises I get are good ones.

Having been tasked with estate improvements in an inner-city area which had previously had a rather unfavourable reputation for anti-social and anti-contractor relations we needed to find the right company to create new parking and landscaped areas as the existing was on a downtrend which needs to be arrested. The budget was very tight and I was delighted by Crofts approach to value engineering my proposals to get the contract within budget. Not only did Croft work hard to reduce costs, but they also added value by suggesting a couple of adjustments which whilst being inexpensive should ensure that the newly landscaped areas are not abused and damaged for future tenants. The overall impression is very positive and the estate improvements will really help lift the environment not only for the residents but also for neighbours and people driving past.
